This is the place to stay in Yarrawonga Great environment, beautiful rooms and pool area is perfect. Its perfect in evety aspect. Restaurant ia great and lovely staff. Walking around the premises is so beautiful Its a must stay!!!!

It’s location on the lake & river is spectacular.

I was shocked to find cobwebs, chipped balcony furniture, no additional pillows & nor a spare blanket in the cupboard. The Sebel charges $550 per night and it didn’t live up to that price point in the market in my opinion & given what I experienced. The restaurant pitched itself at the upper end of the market based on the prices in the menus, but when one of our friends asked for ‘the fish & chips’ they were told they’d ran out. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy for a Sat night when we were seated at 6.30 pm. How did they run out of a staple dish so early in the night. Most people at our table (13 in total) commented that the meals were “okay” but didn’t wow any of us. Again my expectation of a Sebel facility which had been in operation for 5 years was to see excellence on display but sadly it fell short. We honestly couldn’t recommend it to others when paying $550 per night.

We ate at the restaurant and it was like faulty towers the service was so bad Food was ok when we got it waited 1/2 hour for drinks muck up meals

The bed.

Having to park a fair distance away from the accommodation building, especially when you are of the older generations is inadequate. Further to that, no porter to wheel a luggage trolley from reception, around the paths to reach the accommodation was rather exhausting for us. The accommodation is listed as an apartment. Instead, it was more like a shoebox. The outdoor seating was covered in bird droppings. No separate bathroom, the toilet was visible from all areas of the room. The bar had no Corona's as advertised and very limited bourbon choices, offering only expensive options. The bar staff were more interested in their own conversations than waiting customer. All in all, it's a very overpriced facility that I could not recommend.
