Host & Stay - Osborne House

The place was homely I loved the bottom room it was like having a granny flat away from the kids

The property was lovely although lots of steps up to the property which was a little difficult in the snow so something to bare in mind especially if you struggle with steps

It was lovely and cosy and had everything we needed

The property was beautifully presented and the beds were comfy.

It wasn't the cleanest, upon arrival there was food debris on the floor behind the bin in the kitchen, we were left a used sponge for pot washing. The measuring jug was dirty and there was a lack of drinking glasses, place mats in the dining room were sticky. In the living room there was a dirty beaker and jigsaw pieces underneath the unit, the TV remote was missing for the upstairs bedroom.

Very nice and modern property. The rooms were great and beds very comfortable. Just a short walk into Whitby.

Comfy beds,modern furnishings,free parking,good family bathroom,large bath

Main sofa not comfortable,was 2 chairs which was helpful,but 3 of us have back/leg problems so had to take turns! Lots of steps,in property but that's just the design .

Had everything we needed

The location, the number of rooms, free parking on the street

Dirty duvets, rubbish under the beds, not enough seats in living room for 7 guests, no Sky remote despite cleaners pointing this out to Host & Stay.

Great location and layout of the bedrooms. Good for teenagers, grandmas and dogs. Great area to walk dogs and only 10 mins into town.

Too warm. Heating was on continuously and even though we turned it down, weather was exceptionally warm. We had to open windows.
