Golden Bay Hotel by Marine Parade

Good place to stay the night before catching the ferry to the Cayes or flying home. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop restaurant.

Construction right outside our window. It wouldn't have been comfortable to stay more than one night.

The rooms were nice and very clean, nothing was very worn out. The theme of the room was cool.

I thought it was closer to the airport.

Always a pleasure returning back home and visiting family in Belize. After a period of time I’ve adopted Golden Bay as my resting spot. You have a wonderful staff, certainly Josselyn and Kimberly are a breath of fresh air added.

Rooms in a section of the hotel have neither natural light nor ventilation due to ongoing construction

Good location along the waterfront, with a nice rooftop restaurant. We were able to check in early, and Orlando at the front desk upgraded us to a spacious suite- so nice we didn’t want to leave! It was exceptionally clean and quiet despite an extensive construction project ongoing at the hotel. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was lovely. Shuttle service from and to the airport was efficient. No complaints!

Very happy with my stay! They gave me an early check-in. There was a construction going on next to the hotel, but they communicated and apologized for it proactively. Very much appreciated! Very comfortable beds. Great rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. They helped me arrange for a taxi for my early morning flight.
