The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping is superb and we thank Shakeda for her care and kindness.

Kimberly and the entire staff at the hotel and the restaurant were so friendly, helpful and kind that they made my trip, hands down. I had several small unexpected issues with my travel and work, but every single one was avoided and resolved quickly by the amazing staff here. Kimberly helped me from the minute I walked through the door already in need of a little assistance, and after that every person from front desk to housekeeping to the restraint staff at Vino Tito assisted me and our group with flexibility and kindness and really made the trip amazing for us. Thank YOU so much!!

Beautiful & Elegant Hotel, first time in Belize and the experience was wonderful. The entire staff was on point every day; cleanliness was on top of the order. The Vino Tinto Restaurant was excellent all servers were so polite and friendly. A special thanks to Kimberly at the Front Desk and Alejandro.

recently visited the Golden Bay Hotel Restaurant and had a wonderful experience with my husband. The food was absolutely delicious. everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. What really made our visit special, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Joselyn at the front desk, who was very helpful with us. She assisted in getting a taxi back to our hotel, which was especially difficult since it was a Sunday. We truly appreciated her kindness and effort, genuinely lovely young lady. Her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be booking with Golden Bay on our next visit!

This is our favourite high end hotel in the city. The location is good, the restaurant is good, the staff are very good.

We stayed for two nights in the end, one of which was in a room with no window. This is fine at night but not during the day.

Hotel and staff very nice. Airport pick up was smooth. The driver Adriane was awesome. The restaurant staff also did an amazing job to accommodate a last minute change to host a group of six. Jeannette I believe the waitress name was . She made us felt comfortable, checked on us frequently . In the USA we tip according to service and we tip 25%. She earned it. Thank you.

We spent two nights at the Golden Bay hotel and had a great time. It is a strong central point to explore Belize city and close to the ferries to Caye Caulker and San Pedro. By far the hotel experience was improved by the extremely helpful and polite Josselyn who was at the front desk for our stay. As city slickers from America, Josselyn was an invaluable resource for us. The Vino Tinto restaurant on the roof of the hotel is a must-eat kind of place. The staff, led by Holdane as far as we're concerned, is top-notch. We can't say enough about Holdane and the entire crew. The food is good and locally flavored. You're not eating in Washington, DC, people, you're eating in Belize Baby. Finally, the connected department-like store is a godsend with all of the things you may have forgotten before leaving home. The people there were helpful and the prices were reasonable.

Great seafront location, and the rooftop restaurant was lovely. The room was quiet and exceptionally clean, and the staff was very accommodating.

Uitzicht vanuit de kamer, omwille van uitbreiding nieuwe vleugel van het hotel. In de ochtend was er lawaai door de bouwwerken. Dit bepaalde dat ik de prijs hoog vond.
