Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very Good"

Spacious room, plenty of storage. Great online access to get in and out of the building.

Unable to check before 3pm, no communication until 3pm. The online form was painful to pay £6.43 tourist tax. Online link to get into the building and room stopped at 9.59am. if you had forgotten anything you were unable to retrieve it

La posizione era ottimale.

L'alloggio doveva prevedere tre posti letto, ma al suo interno erano presenti solo un letto matrimoniale e una brandina con le doghe rotte e il materasso sottilissimo su cui era impossibile dormirci sopra. Siamo state costrette a dormire in tre in un letto e non ci è stata fornita alcuna assistenza da parte dello staff per risolvere il problema. La pulizia nell'alloggio era passabile, ma nella camera c'erano ragnatele con ragni e abbia trovato la coperta del letto sporca.

"Ad un passo dal centro di Torino, a piedi, in bus, in metro... Ed anche in treno!"

La posizione, luminosità, tutto molto efficiente!

Casa di ringhiera quindi ci si deve abituare al passaggio dei vicini di casa, ma non ci sono stati problemi!!!

mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al centro, la casa era molto accogliente e ben pulita, lo staff disponibilissimo

Divano letto rotto da entrambi i lati al centro, probabilmente da tempo, indecente. Anta doccia tolta quindi lavandosi si allagava il bagno. Piumone letto senza rivestimento e macchiato Lenzuola più piccole del materasso

all'arrivo abbiamo trovato il divano letto rotto, dormire sul materasso concavo non è stato così piacevole, tuttavia...bene lo stesso. Comprendiamo l'imprevisto che comunque qualcuno avrebbe dovuto anticipatamente comunicare, dunque avremmo gradito volentieri l'offerta di una sistemazione alternativa, ma chissà forse non era disponibile

"Appartamento con grande potenzialità"

L'alloggio è situato in un'ottima posizione, in prossimità di piazza Statuto e non lontano dalla stazione di Porta Susa. Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile trovare un toret, una pasticceria, un supermercato e una farmacia. È perfetto per per due persone e, se trovato a buon prezzo, lo consiglio vivamente.

Tutti i difetti elencati dagli altri utenti sono stati effettivamente riscontrati: sino ad ora, non è stata pertanto apportata alcuna azione al riguardo. Questo è un peccato perché l'alloggio è molto carino e una spesa ridotta consentirebbe di renderlo perfetto.
