Please note that some apartments have high beds, not suitable for children. Please note that this building has no elevator. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Minors traveling without their parents must present a valid statement as required by law. The Government of Portugal requires all guests to present a COVID European digital certificate in order to enter and check in at hotels/local accommodations across the country. In order for us to activate the apartment's access codes in advance, the digital certificates will have to be sent to us, in a legible and valid form, up to 24 hours before check-in. For safety, legal, habitability, and guest comfort reasons, we do not accept reservations for more than 2 rooms or groups of more than 8 people, parties, bachelor parties, similar events or people outside the reservation inside the property. The maximum authorized use of the pool, at the same time, per reservation, is 4 peopleThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
