Staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Parisia - she was fantastic and gave us a map of the city with recommendations which we used every day of our stay. The apartments were great, met our expectations!

Pool is small

The staff were wonderful, couldn't be more helpful. Nice little apartment and pool. Location was great, supermarket, bars, restaurants and metro all less than 5 mins walk.

Minor hassle to fight with the couch bed every night and morning.

The pool was great, managed to swim couple times during my stay! great place and very comfortable relaxing area. One of the best pools I've seeen in Porto! If you are looking for a place to stay, place with the pool is the best additional value!

The rooms were a decent size and the hosts were kind and gave us recommendations and left wine and cold water in our fridge which was nice. The pool was also lovely

There was only one small mirror in the whole place which was in the bathroom which isn’t ideal when 3 people are trying to get ready. Additionally the kitchen/ bathroom area was quite small. We had to ask a couple of times for extra things needed and they didn’t bring extra toilet roll when we needed it but overall hosts were attentive

Did not have the breakfast. Location was ok.

I asked for a early check in. But it was refused. The information I was sent actually informed me I could request a early check in. Also when we arrived the code was not entered in to allow us to enter the property. We were very tired and left standing outside the property stressing about how to get in. Eventually a staff member opened the door.
