everything was fine and comfortable, perfect apartment for a family. thanks for the staff for being in touch for the whole time from booking to the entire period of stay

- Price. The apartment is cheaper than hostels, so it's a great value for money. - The apartment itself is nice, clean, and includes some nice extra amenities. - When you get to speak to an actual person, they are kind.

- The check-in process is a bureaucratical nightmare. Make sure you have an hour to complete all the details. - You have to pre-approve a 300 EUR security deposit on your card. A fact which is not mentioned anywhere on Booking. This can be mitigated by setting up a temporary virtual card with no funds on it, though. - Their primary communication channel is a WhatsApp chatbot and it takes quite a lot of time to reach a real person.

Absolutely nothing about this experience was positive.

The latch on the bathroom door was completely broken and missing parts... but that was only the beginning. The property is an apartment in a residential building. The door of the apartment itself has a code lock which was fine. However, the host has installed an internet-controlled device to permit unlocking of the front door of the building which requires accessing a website, and the host was unable to provide the link to permit us to open the building's door ourselves, instead suggesting we call their customer service number (and wait on hold) for them to remotely unlock the building's door for us each time any of our group wanted to return to the apartment. This, obviously, was not feasible for our group. The host has properties in many cities, but seems to have no local support staff which can intervene to resolve issues in a timely manner. They did not seem to take the issue seriously or with any sense of urgency. Booking was forced to intervene and was unable to resolve the issue either, so our group was forced to find alternate accommodation for our weeklong stay.

Apartment itself is nicely decorated, air conditioning works well, place was clean but unfortunately there was a smell coming from the toilet. They left some utensils for you to use. They were very kind to leave a gift for my birthday. Over all the management was very kind and they reply fast. They have few different language options as well. Only problem was the smell in the apartment.
