Good price, clean apartment, I liked the location

Super clean, ca 10min far from Torrassa station uphill, well equiped and not smelly. The street is not busy. The key can be picked up in the next street. Lot of buffets ans Supermercato in the location. Serious free present (Beer, milk etc) in the fridge. Towels are given. WIFI is great. Catalunya 25min far.

Difficult communication with Olala. Not so simple to find the key. Lift is out of order.

Very clean apartment, comfy beds, 10 minutes walk to Nou Camp stadium

I booked on the same day as picking up the keys and the whole process of trying to get into the apartment was a complete nightmare. They hadn't sent any details of how to obtain the keys by the time I was outside the door of the apartment. I spoke to a very patient woman in customer services who I can only commend for her persistence to get me inside. When I actually got the instructions they were incorrect. They mentioned looking for a white cupboard, the cupboard containing the key box's was black! Whole process took about an hour

Apartment equipment is great, even washing machine is free to use. The host left us welcome gifts in the fridge. Coffe capsules, tea, milk and oil are available. The online guide had all info about our stay and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the sounds from the street. The area is a bit sketchy and we had to be careful but no problems during our stay. The apartment smelt like cigarettes (or something similair) when we came in but after we ventiled the apartment the smell was gone.

Be careful, do not book this room the day before your arrival!!! Apartment owners are prone to fraud!!! We booked a room for 2 nights the day before our flight. We were charged for our accommodation. Then owners asked to undergo a complex procedure of self-chak-in. This is not a problem if you go through it at home in advance. But at the airport with children it was very inconvenient. We didn't make it before departure. We finished upon arrival, late in the evening, at Barcelona airport. At the last step we were required to make an additional deposit of 300 euros. But while it was being written off, there was a glitch in the system and our card was blocked. The other card did not have the required amount. At night, our bank's support system did not work, and it was impossible to unblock the card. We asked the apartment owners to find a solution. Take a deposit in cash. Submit it the next morning when we can unblock the card. The owners refused everything and wished us good night at the airport. We tried to do something until 2 am. As a result, we stayed with two small children overnight at the station with 100% payment for the room. They refused to return our money. Given that the technical failure in the owner’s payment system (on his website) was entirely his fault, we cannot and should not be responsible for the technical support of his payment system. And in general, such inhumane treatment of clients is rare. I wish these people the same attitude towards them and their children.
