The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. To us that was important, as we choose on purpose an apartment without much decoration as we wanted it to be safe for our baby. The apartment was perfect for us! Even though we met no staff in person, they were super helpful. Very quick in replying and they added a high chair for our baby when we asked for it. It was perfectly clean and as we stayed almost one month they provided many towels and some extra bed sheets. Furthermore, the heating was working great.

I wish I had known on advance that you need to send photos of your IDs before checking in. I have no problem with showing my ID, but having no other choice than uploading pictures to a website makes me feel uncomfortable.

The apartment in general was clean and I recommend it

The sofa had cigarette burns on it and it smelt of smoke. The neighbours were very noisy
