We had a terrible experience with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts to sort out payment, their customer care kept passing us around and eventually cancelled the booking few days before our trip. Completely unreliable - would not recommend!

Great for quiet stay. Good communication before entry and leave.

I stayed in flat 1, very noisy bathroom exhaust fan and its runs for 20 minutes after switch off. Very tight entry and shower tray too small, don’t like pressure of shower Bedroom v tight however bed was comfortable enough living room windows can’t open old style windows

The property nice clean and nice location

I stayed at this property a few times. The apartment is clean and comfortable, however, there’s no visitors allowed as a new policy which I think it’s a hard decision next time I visit Preston.

This was a good alternative to a Hotel Stay and provided a 2 level living space and also a small table and chairs area outside the room that we had (Ground Floor). We also had 2 bathrooms available, including showers, which was perfect for a family of 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the living room area was ideal for relaxing, watching TV or discussing follow on plans for the next day of adventure. The property was very well located for access to the train station, central Preston and we found 2 local Main Supermarkets in the area that were open from early morning to late evening).

Nothing really springs to mind. One suggestion for the Property provided to consider would be to include some details about the Refuse / Dustbin options as different coloured bins were provided outside of the property but we had no idea, initially, about what items were to be put where (this was resolved by a location neighbour who explained the system).
