Really great communication before arrival and they were so accommodating when I needed to drop my bags off before check-in time. The staff had my room ready early and let me check in ahead of time.

Great location, parking was included - very handy in Cheltenham. Dog friendly! Great communication and a simple self check-in process. Will be back!

We have stayed here a few times now. We stay in room 5 which was very comfortable. You now access the property with a key code, there isn’t anyone on site all the time but they send a WhatsApp message and I contacted them and received an instant response. Breakfast is continental. If you want cooked I think you need to order ahead and pay extra so that’s worth remembering. Quiet room. Lovely shower, literally 5 mins from the top of town so perfect location

If they moved the tables so you could use the lounge in the evening if needed

Check in easy. Comfy room , fluffy towels. Continental breakfast catered very well for someone with coeliac disease plenty for gluten free options. Highly recommended guest house. Good location

Would of like chopped fresh fruit.

"Period property in central location"

Location was excellent. Communication was excellent. Parking was easy . Breakfast was well thought out

Three flights of stairs was a bit gruelling for old bones but we didn’t have much luggage .

Checking in and out is extremely easy with instructions to park readily available.

Breakfast is extremely basic although that is stated before booking. Maybe some pastries would be a good addition
