Pool is the best. We really enjoyed spending time in the pool. Very quite. The place is also very quiet and surrounding is beautiful. Very nice people and quite a homey feeling.

It is a bit far from Lecce. Make sure you know what room you are getting as ours was not very nice. I know we got what we paid for, but to be honest from the photos I did not realise the differences when I booked. I realised most of their rooms are so pretty. Breakfast was limited to only one choice of either egg or croissant and you have to decide at the check in for the rest of your stay. A bit odd, but to their credit the egg was done really nice.

the place is amazing!! well designed, with a relaxing swimming pool. beautiful garden and lots of parking spaces. 15min from Lecce. the hotel owner is a very welcoming sweet couple. we enjoyed our staying. we definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property which was well decorated, clean and has fantastic facilities

Sadly we were told off for using the jacuzzi and waterfall feature of the pool and the owner does not like any noise around the pool which makes it an impractical choice for families. It is definitely a lovely choice for a romantic break but not a family break

This holiday we had been travelling like nomads and booking our accommodation from day to day. So we didn’t know what to expect. The house is quite closed towards the street but opens up as soon as you step into the courtyard. We were blown away by the charm and style of this old property. It is like a green oasis with pool and a shady garden. The building is renovated into a modern and functional holiday home but with the deepest respect for the old house. The old mosaic floors and ceilings with frescoes are restored. Just beautiful. We loved absolutely everything. Our apartment had a rooftop terrasse on each side overlooking the old town. It has a kitchen as well so we decided to stay home for dinner and take in the city from the rooftop. We were travelling a couple plus our teenage son and it fitted perfectly for the 3 of us as the sofa could transform to a comfortable bed.

Beautiful rooms and pool and a courtyard is amazing! No one could speak English in property so even to order breakfast was hard

The location is too far from Lecce and in the middle of nowhere.
