It was vey clean and the staff helped me on arrival

The shower was ok but water pressure was low

Was very clean and tidy had everything we needed

Only thing inwould say was the mini fridge when turnt on was very loud

Great location, parking an issue (never advertised as being provided ever) but with 72hr permit local car park 4min walk it was a good solution. I can imagine in the summer this might be tricky.

The front door is a little delicate. But that’s literally it. Everything else and more importantly the main points were perfect.

Nice decor, makes you feel you are at the see side. Good location.

The first thing I noticed when entering the room, was a long dark hair on bedding...I am blond.... well...grey :) so it definitely wasn't mine ...The carpet was covered in stains. The kettle was so disgusting that even after washing it and boiling water few times I couldn't force myself to have tea or coffee from it. And no toilet paper. Sounds funny but it is really inconvenient, especially when you arrive at nine o'clock in the evening and you need to start your stay from looking for an open shop that sells toilet paper.... someone else's dirty shoes left in the room suggested that nobody actually checked the room. And when you opened the curtains in the morning you discovered the most dirty, covered in birds' poop window ... The way the deposit thing works is also very ... questionable... On the website it says that the deposit would be return after the room gets checked. It took almost a week for the money to be returned. It means that for a week ( you pay deposit before you check in) my money was on someone's account probably earning interest. Never again.

We had trouble with the outside entrance step has we both have mobility problems additional handrails would have been helpful. The towels were ruff.
