The Place by the Sea

A lovely spacious place to stay. Plenty of room for 4 kids to play and not be under the adults feet. Everything we needed was there. There are a few shops nearby and a butchers over the road. Close to a tram stop for getting to all the attractions

Needed a little bit of tlc in some places but this didn't affect our stay.

It was really clean and homely, beds were comfy & we will definitely be booking again on our next visit! So many nice food places & shops around aswell it was the perfect location as it was quiet at night for the kids easy enough to get the tram to the piers etc

Nice property that has everything you need for a trip to Blackpool. Didnt use the facilities too much, but the shower was fine, beds comfortable and the kitchen seemed good. There is a fantastic butchers shop over the road, that if I went again would use for breakfast food. Locality is fine, but about 3/4s of a mile north of the tower, which for us was spot on

I didn’t mind the location just the children moaned the walk to Blackpool

The pull out sofa bed was horrendous to sleep on the handle also kept falling off the living room door

This was a nice size apartment, almost perfect for our stay.

It was advertised as having six bed, when there was only 5 beds. The door handle was broken on arrival in the living room. Hole in fencing on balcony, you couldn't leave kids unattended in this area. The location was quite a walk from the main area.

Wish it had 2 toilets with being a bigger group

Perfect location, so close to take seats, butchers and tram stop. Good size to accommodate two families. Great facilities, good size bedrooms.

Slow wifi.

The location is pretty good. there are plenty of local shops and pubs

2 of the tvs were not working , and the single beds were actually z beds with most of the springs missing, and stevie Wonder had done the decorating by the looks of things , one of the kitchen cupboards was full of broken wall tiles , and generally the place could do with a good tidy up , but it was clean
