Decoration was reallydifferentin the nicest way

No hot water, limited menu.

Decoration it a beautiful place, room size is good, bed are comfortable, and the the roomyshower room. Staff, both lady's are the nicest we encounterd in our 3 weeks trip

No!!! Hot water. In the warm weather of Thailand shower are most important...

Everything. Loved being able to get on a canoe and SUP. Such a peaceful location but only 15 mins walk from the main road where there are plenty of casual drinking spots, cheap eats and modern restaurants.

Nothing.

Very good place close to the river and beach and totally quiet and free kayak and you can swim in the river from the hotel directly

There was no dinner at the place but only few 100 m there was a beach restaurant and you could also walk 1,5 km to the city - so quiet but outside of town :)

We have been to the place two years ago and it was already nice at the time although we didn t like the bungalow rooms at that time. There are very nice new owners, the bungalows don t exist anymore and the other rooms are just really great and spacious. It is quite a peaceful, calm atmosphere, peaceful background music, comfy beds, clean, and exactly what we were looking for to chill. Of course, in this area it is nice to have a Scooter. And if you need something you just have to ask. If you like action and lots of people there are other places on the island. I rarely write reviews and also are suspicious with ten stars reviews but with this stay I was surprised in a positive way.

Warm welcoming staff and owners, stylish furnished rooms, comfortable beds, canoes and Kayak to use freely, May, the helper is very warm and helpful. The location on the river is great for an early morning swim, the sea is a 5 min walk away. There are nearby restaurants with various kinds of food. We had Thai food (Masaman curry) here at Watercolours, and it was delicious.

Personally, I liked everything!

I usually do not write detailed reviews but I had to for Watercolours. This place really makes you feel at home. The place looks beautiful and it is a true paradise. The owners are extremely helpful and involved. Any question I had about restaurants, snorkeling tours, fishing, beaches: they were ready to help. Every night we took the kayak to the beach where we watched the sunset and drank beers. With a short 5 minute scooter ride you are in the center of Koh Chang with great restaurants, a supermarket and other things to do. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Peace and quiet. Free kayaks. Beautiful surroundings. Ease of arranging everything.

Shower water was Luke warm. It’s not a smoke friendly place but that’s fine because it’s a short walk to the beach
