Hotel Panamera

I can't fully describe how beautiful this property is. The decor, the restaurant, the beach chairs, beach beds, service, rooms, pools, the rooftop bar, everything was perfect! The food in the restaurant was the best we've ever had a a hotel. Totally top notch and even better than some of the restaurants we ate in Tulum. However, what really impressed us was the care and professionalism of Miguel Ángel Montejo, the Food & Beverage manager. Both my husband and I have been in the hospitality and customer service industry for 40 years and right off the bat, we could tell that Miquel was one of the reasons we loved the property so much. His attention to details, his staff, the quality of food at the restaurant and the time he took not only to chat with us each morning, but the other guests made it a special experience. Not often do we find someone in the industry that really welcomes you and demonstrates the love for their job as Miquel did. We will be back!!! -Carolyn Hills & Robbie Shanks

Good location. Beach is stunning. staff are friendly in the beach and in the restaurant.

Overall our stay was disappointing. The girls on reception are extremely unwelcoming and frankly rude. There is also limited accountability through the WhatsApp system is this to ensure customers don’t speak to the rude front of house ?! I asked for two massages to be booked and confirmed through the WhatsApp only to be told when I turned up for the massage there had been a mistake although no apology was given ! Quite frankly strange behaviour. One morning there were no towels ready for us to use for over an hour quite weird for a beach hotel and at 9 am. The service was just lacking, we didn’t feel looked after at all and I think there needs to be more training for the people at reception with how to deal with customers. Just felt a bit disorganised. It’s not worth the price sadly.

We visited as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably designed and maintained. But what made the experience so special was David - the most attentive and caring server we have come across in Mexico. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel. The rooftop for sunset over a weekend and the food are both great too. There are a lot of influencers and content creators that visit the hotel - entertaining to watch but prepare yourselves for drones and photoshoots throughout your stay!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at hotel panamera! The pool was stunning and the beach was beautiful! The food and service was superb! Especially loved my service with David, was was amazing! Highly recommend hotel panamera for your tulum trip if you are looking for a hotel in the hotel zone!

We were there for a wedding weekend, and everything was perfect! The hotel was stunning - rooftop view was so insanely beautiful, the pool area was so unique and beautiful and the beach area was huge - lots of comfy seating options/umbrellas..etc. The service was quick and food & drink options were all great - felt so healthy the entire time. Thank you to the staff who took care of our group. We'll certainly be back!

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Carolina at the front desk was so helpful. And, all the servers were fantastic - special shout out to David for being amazing! Would stay here again and highly recommend! The food was great, the amenity areas were gorgeous. A place where you can go and really relax.

We stayed in the suites for a week and had an amazing time. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. They toured us around the property when we checked in. The daily yoga that was included was a lovely perk and the instructors were all wonderful. The servers did a great job all week and were very attentive and friendly on the beach. We ate here for breakfast and lunch and everything we had was tasty. Our room was very nice and had a great view of the ocean. I enjoyed the suites were on the quieter side of the property. The second pool for hotel guests only was very quiet and a great place to cool off. We will definitely come back !!

I’ve visited Tulum 5 times and stayed in different hotels each visit. Panamera is the only hotel I would return to. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The daily activities = non-stop fun and relaxation. Carolina at the front desk is the nicest and Juan in the restaurant keeps a drink and food in your hand at all times. ❤️❤️❤️ Panamera!

Great location and facilities! The pool club is fantastic and rooftop bar is a great bonus. The staff are also great.

The rooms are small, with limited hooks and storage. The beds are very hard and also limited access to drinking water without paying $$.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Panamera. The beach was stunning and relaxing, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service truly stood out—especially thanks to Armando, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back, high-quality Tulum experience.
