If your planning to visit Tulum you need to stay at Panamera. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was sheer relaxation and luxury. People at the front desk were amazing & waiters etc also amazing (shoutout to Alberto who made us very welcome the whole trip). Food and drink was great with a whole load of things to do. We stayed in the suite which was great. Both pools are perfect and mere steps to the beach. We came in rainy season and value for money was great for bed & breakfast with only really small spells of rain throughout but do not hesitate to stay at the Panamera! Also thank you to hector & another women at the front desk who I didn’t get her name who were amazing! She gave us the opportunity to release baby sea turtles into the sea one night which was an amazing experience, thank you!

Everything about hotel panamera was perfect! From the aesthetic to the service everything was top notch. We loved having two pool options and the rooftop bar was beautiful at sunset! The front desk staff was so helpful in assisting with accommodations and providing recommendations. Will stay here again the next time we visit tulum!

We came here for a friends getaway wedding! Such a great experience all around. A phenomenal staff who were so attentive to every detail that made this one of the best wedding weekends to be a part of. The food was very, very good. The cocktails were fantastic. You had everything you could need with great service!

Where do I start? 💫 I had the most amazing time at Hotel Panamera. From the moment I arrived, which was into the evening, I was met with the most beautiful welcome. Entering the hotel you arrive to tranquility. I couldn’t wait to rest in the perfect bedroom & awake in the daylight to fully see my surroundings. It did not disappoint. The beach was stunning, as were the 2 pools, sun loungers, breakfast, sunrise over the sea, attentive staff … Literally perfect. In the evening the rooftop bar is also the best for sunset & cocktails or just take in the breathtaking views beyond. Everyone was wonderful Oh & free bike hire & you’re in the best part of Tu-Su Can’t wait to go back 🔆

We just celebrated our wedding weekend at Hotel Panamera with a group of 33, and it was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. The property itself is stunning, but what sets it apart is the exceptional service. I’ve never experienced hospitality like this before. Every single person, from the managers to the wait staff, made us feel like family and went above and beyond to take care of us. A special shoutout to Alberto and Juan who always ensured we were taken care of. Every member of the team went above and beyond in ways both big and small. It wasn’t just professionalism, it was warmth, attention to detail, and genuine kindness that made us feel seen and celebrated throughout our stay. I cannot speak higher of Daniela, who manages the events/weddings. She anticipated details I hadn’t even thought of, making the entire weekend flow effortlessly. From the smallest touches to the big moments, everything was handled with such care and precision that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every second. Knowing she had every detail covered gave me complete peace of mind to relax. The food was outstanding. You truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The pancakes will change your life - I will be thinking about them until we can come back in a year! I could go on and on! Our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of and more because of the incredible team here. We already can’t wait to return and relive even a fraction of the magic we felt this past weekend.

AMAZING!!!!!! , I am so happy that I had the opportunity to visit Tulum and happen to find this jem on the beach. Thank you to everyone who made our stay pleasant , full with great food, the vibe is awesome , Miguel was extremely helpful and friendly and everyone else too, Elizabeth made my yoga classes better than ever!!! She is soooo good and she is a great teacher. I can't wait to visit you guys again, really made our stay unforgettable and make me just love even more Tulum, Highly recommended !!!!!
