Luciano was a wonderful, attentive server - his recommendations were great, and the food was delicious - I had the pork belly tacos, with churros for dessert! Highly recommended !

DEA modern, very elegant and well cared for hotel. Located in a very quiet area, with excellent restaurants nearby, welcoming and always helpful staff. Special thanks to David, the restaurant waiter and beach assistant. The food was also prepared with great care. Without a doubt, a place I will return to and recommend to everyone!

GTI recently stayed at Suites Panamera and had a wonderful experience. The property is stylish, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Tulum. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer a calm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. A very special mention goes to the front desk team — especially Zazil-ha and Hector. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their restaurant recommendations were absolutely amazing and truly elevated my stay. The overall vibe of the property is warm and inviting, with a great balance between comfort and elegance. Whether you're traveling to unwind or explore, Suites Panamera is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely return

We are absolutely obsessed with the location and service at Hotel Panamera. We had our wedding here in November and hosted 3 events at the hotel, Daniela was amazing to help us coordinate everything. We worked with her for about a year and this is the best location for a destination beachy wedding. The rooms are incredible, minimalistic and very clean, our guests loved the vibe. The food is incredible and there are a ton of different menus to choose from when it comes to planning events. The service was next level and this is what made the weekend so fun for our guests, no one had to wait in line at the bar all weekend because they were so on it. We loved the staff especially David, Oscar, Omar, Juan, Alberto and Erick - they crushed it. Thank you so much for the best weekend ever would 10/10 recommend for a vacation or wedding - the vibes are immaculate.
