My stay at Panamera was perfect. The reception team welcomed me warmly and were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay. A special mention to Angie and Zazil, who were absolutely lovely and recommended great places to eat and visit in Tulum. The rooms are beautiful, and the pool and beach area are even more stunning. The bar staff was also super friendly, and the food is incredible. Definitely my new favorite hotel here in Tulum.
I was here for a wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The front desk team went above and beyond the entire time — super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special mention to Angie and Richi for making the stay even better! I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting for an event or a quick getaway.
Our First stay in June of 2024 was so Amazing (excellent Food, drinks, beach service (Juan, Omar, Jesus) excellent Staff, that we decided to have our daughters wedding in Nov of 2025.Our stay at Hotel Distrito Panamera in Tulum Mexico in Nov 2025 was Literally Amazing. Our Service was like old friends reuniting again. Special thanks to Oscar and Miguel Angel in administration. The reception desk took care of 80 of our guest to our daughter’s wedding with the most respect and patience. The food quality was on another level. another special thanks to Juan, Omar, and Jesus for the excellent service of never being hungry or thirsty. CHDie Strandanlage und der Meerabschnitt sind wunderschön. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1 neben der Rezeption und waren immer um 7 Uhr wach wegen Lärm. Es hat kein Föhn, keine Tür im Badezimmer und das Duschwasser ist salzig.
Everything was outstanding from the check in with Hector and Ricardo, to the daily service from David and Omar! Beautiful property.
USThe staff were extremely friendly, professional and personable. The hotel was building, especially the restaurant, beach area and pool. The food was the best in the hotel area.
Besides some wedding party guests who were loud to the late hours, the hotel itself was a beautiful experience.
