Hotel Panamera

They accommodated our last minute booking and even gave us a free upgrade! The front desk staff was so friendly. The hotel beautiful - loved the design! The beach club service terrific. Food was amazing and the rooftop bar was a plus! The free filtered water was a nice addition as well :)

The most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Such a wonderful stay and the spot is amazing! Walking distance to everything in the hotel zone. The staff are super friendly and helpful and so kind! The pools are stunning and the rooftop bar is a vibe.

Well obviously you book this hotel for the aesthetics. The main checkered pool was closed the entire time we were there so it was quite disappointing to not be able to use it at all during our stay. We also found that eating and drinking at the hotel was quite expensive for cocktails and food. They also advertised they were open for dinner then when we went down for dinner we were told the restaurant was shut so quite disappointing.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and every visit is such an amazing visit. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and also the resort is just so gorgeous. I also want to add it’s a great place to get away and work remotely! This place feels like my second home mainly because the staff is just so Kind and every-time I come they are the most welcoming. Ricardo is and always has been such a great heart warming host making sure you feel right at home. Bartenders Diego and Hilary are the most kind, friendly , and so much fun to talk with. Armando and Juan such kind servers always providing such excellent service . I wish I remembered everyone’s name but EVERYONE is just so amazing. The only bad thing is having to say goodbye to everyone and to this gem of a place. I can’t wait to come back again ! Thank You Panamera Family ❤️

Free parking, great room, good location, great staff ( Waiters, room service, front desk, manager)

Breakfast (quite limited options and food intoxication at very first breakfast - avoid the black bean sauce), front desk hours (our check out was 6am due to an early flight and there was no service until 7 am). Rooms intentionally without screens, but spending one day in bed recovering from a food intoxication makes you miss TV

This is the Second time I stayed at the Panamera Hotel and will definitely return. Ideal setting to unwind, beautiful place, great service, delicious meals and the entire Team is very welcoming, kind and helpful!!!! Hector, the receptionist, is a pro! The waiter Armando is amazing, makes you feel at home.

Great hotel with awesome vibe. Friendly staff, great rooftop for sunset. I enjoyed staying here more than a very expensive hotel down the road that had no vibe. Easy and hassle free stay

Bathroom was not well cleaned. This was quite disappointing as it was very noticeable.

We came to Hotel Panamera for our honeymoon, and we had a damn near perfect experience! The hotel is GORGEOUS, the rooms were immaculately clean, the food was spectacular, and the service was truly some of the best we’ve ever received. The staff truly took the best care of us, were friendly, and remembered us by name. The A/C in the rooms kept them very cool. The bed was very comfortable. Having two pools plus a beach club was great and having access to free bike rentals was also a huge plus! The front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation to/from the airport, order us taxis throughout our time there, help us make reservations, and even went as far as to take some photos for my wife and I. Would HIGHLY recommend Hotel Panamera — we will absolutely be back!

Last year there was yoga, Ice Bath included and this year we paid! I went back for the experience. Two negative points are the shower and salt water and breakfast starts at 8:00 if you wake up early like me there is no coffee to serve really they only serve it at 8:01. But the staff who serve on the beach are kind the cleaning is good and the second time I loved it the first time this time there were some points that were not very good but ok!
