Incredible experience being right on the beach with beautiful accommodations. The staff was amazing with how often they tend to needs or ask if you need anything. Our room was clean every day and we felt really taken care of. They even made special accommodations for us to enjoy the SuperBowl! Special menu and deals and just an excellent viewing experience. Highly recommend as I felt we really got amazing value here. Our friends hosted a rooftop party for their welcome night and it was the best service for food drinks I’ve ever seen.
We stayed in one of the rooms with the tub on the balcony and it was an amazing room. We had slight ocean views and a great view of the pool.
David was our server! He is amazing and this is such a great spot to relax. We came with our 9 year old daughter. Very friendly and accommodating. Close to the beach. Reasonable price for the experience

We just came for some food and drinks and our server Erick was great! Super nice guy and let us sit around wherever we pleased 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming thru Tulum.
Best atmosphere and vibes! Alberto served us on the rooftop and he was the best. We had a couple cocktails, lamp taco, and salmon all were to die for :)

What a blast. Stayed for a wedding couldn’t have been a better time. Special shout out to all the staff, reception, the friendly cleaners and my guys at bar! Petro is the man! Him and Alberto took good care of us, Francisco behind the bar doing gods work !
