Location is convenient to everything. Bed is very comfortable and room is clean. Manager Kumar is very helpful and gave us good suggestions for places to visit. He is the best.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I pass by with my grand daughter. We were trying to find the wash place for clothes, then I thought maybe the next visit due to location wise and friendly hotel staff, we will consider staying in this hotel for our upcoming visit. Moreover, Mr.Govan a friendly man from hotel management assisted us and gave us some maps brochure at that time so we could get some ideas about Penang. Thx to Mr.Govan as well.

I didn't stay in this hotel, but this hotel has a very good access to the Laundry and to the nearby restaurant. I pass by this hotel for the Laundry. Additionally, there was a guy name Mr. Govanrash from the hotel there, whom help me in providing some informations as well, he is very kind and helpful person, I wish him and the hotel an ongoing success! My next visit will be Courtyard!
