"The best of FD Manager!"

The service was very kind and full of hospitality.I have zero complaints from the moment I step foot at lobby area.Shout out to Front Desk Manager Mr Kumar Nadarajan for the outstanding service and room upgrade for me..Would think twice to come back again! Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Penang!!

"Bitthday stay "

The staffs is friendly and helpful to make this stay a special one for my wife. Even a little effort make the day brighter for us. They decorated the room with little touch which make us very happy. Thanks to Chai Chai and Asheq Sento. Location with lot of choices of food nearby.

"Still good, but I wished there were more for platinum members"

Courtyard Penang is great, despite 5 years in operation the building and room upkeep was nice and doesn't seems to age. From the lobby, the lift, till the room furniture were still looks like they are new. Bed is comfortable, location is great, and breakfast was decent for hotel like this. When I requested service via app, they send the extra bottle of waters pretty quickly which is very nice. However, there were usually upgrades for platinum members but during check in I was not upgraded, and the check in staff did not even mentioned anything or informed about the short of room to upgrade. Quick check there were still suites or bigger room available on sale that night. So if you are Bonvoy platinum and expected upgrades, you might need to lower your expectations.
