Comfortable bed and nice with some personal space, our room felt like a rbnb.

Slow staff with lack of english and no hot water in the shower. Bad wifi that didn’t work the first day. No soap at the toilet so we found some dish soap under the kitchen sink. Absolute shit service, we became extremely sick from food poisoning the day before and the hotel didnt even let us in. We payed extra for an already ready room, so the sadist hotel just made us wait for nothing! Then we payed a lot to check in 2 hours early. No idea where the 5 stars came from.

I liked the bed, the layout of the room, the lights, and the location.

The water for the shower takes almost 10 minutes to heat up, but it wasn’t a big issue for me.

We booked this place very last minute after another booking didn’t work out. We were so happy that we did. We had the Bambu apartment, it was really charming, lots of character. The street outside is pedestrianised and is very quiet, with lovely views. The apartment is comfortable. The shower is fantastic. We have been travelling with our family on an extended trip and this was the best value accommodation we have stayed in 10 months. Our kids absolutely loved it.

The property was was clean, well located and spacious. It was useful to have a fridge and a microwave. It was good value for money.

I booked a room with a terrace. I came to realise that the terrace comprised of the front door step on the main pedestrian walkway. This is false advertising and should not be called a terrace. See photos. The communication with the apartment staff, as others have mentioned, is quite full on. You are added to a WhatsApp group without your permission and bombarded with information. When I asked how much it would be to upgrade to a room with outdoor space (as I assumed I had booked this and disappointed to realise I hadn’t), it was frustratingly hard to get a straight answer and a lot more info was sent over first, which I didn’t need. Ultimately it going to be nearly twice the cost, so I could have saved all that time and just said no. The apartment offered to store my luggage for me which was generous, on my arrival. It was quite tricky to get the attention of staff inside and I waited around 30 mins on 2 occasions to speak to someone. I was unable to locate a doorbell, although I have been since told there was one there.. Prior to my check out, I asked if I could have my luggage sorted again. A fee was agreed which was reasonable. When i enquired about getting the attention of the staff for collection (important as I had a night bus to catch and wouldn’t be able to spare lots of time), the WhatsApp messages turned rude and the agreed service was withdrawn. Sarcastic comments were written, which left me feeling a bit shaken as a single female traveller. I did not like the attitude of the management staff at all, it did not make up for the apartment being a nice space to be in, sadly. Would not return.

The staff's communication was great! The apartment was very clean and serviceable. Perfect location, close to everything, but just far enough away that is was peaceful and quiet. Nice view from the balcony. Water filtration was very nice to have.

Coffee maker did not have reusable filters and no other filters were provided. Good luck finding them anywhere close to the apartment. Efficiency kitchen but nothing provided to use it. No plates, cups, flatware, cookware. Advertised with sofa bed. Sofa bed is very short, wore and unusable as a bed. Do not depend on this as a second bed!!!! Was very disappointed in that. Only two bath towels provided for entire stay. No dishtowels, wash clothes, hand towels or bath Matt. Shower sprayed onto the tiled bathroom floor making it wet and slippery, had to sacrifice a bath towel and share just one with my friend.

Usually I don't leave any review, but this was the worst experience of my life. The owner I a control freak. He created a WhatsApp group and he was always send messages for anything.(Also messages inappropriate) He blamed us for things that we didn't do. The hairdryer was brokend and he refused to change it. If you wanna use the kitchen you have to pay, if you wanna use the tools of the kitchen you have to pay. I couldn't talk in my room at 10pm with all the Windows closed because I was laud -.- If you really need to relax yourself stay away from this place.
