excellent location powerful shower comfy beds clean upon arrival great communication from staff via WhatsApp pretty good WiFi nice view from the window

check in wasn't the easiest (paid for early check in but upon arrival we weren't exactly sure what to do/where to go) shower spilled over into the main bathroom and it made the bath mat very damp (have reported this to the staff and they've mentioned they will implement a new step to prevent this) as mentioned in other reviews, there are a lot of additional things to pay for however it is worth it for the cheap price the laundry is expensive but very good quality

interesting accommodation on 3 floors, each of us had our own bedroom, right in centre of town

lacked basic equipment, eg cereal bowls,teatowels, dishcloths, handsome or washing up liquid.

The house was very nice, spaceous, clean and perfect for our stay!

Amazing location, very good price, only one small thing, that stuff wasn't on side, so needed to communicate with them and send to them my passport to check in (regular procedure but for me it was not that easy, because of lack of mobile internet)

The location of the property was nice and the suite is beautifully build.

PROBLEM 1 I booked this accomodation orginally for 5 nights. My plans changed and I cancelled within the Booking cancellation policy and rebooked for 3 nights. I was approached by the property owner/manager accusing me of being a CHEATER because I took the cancellation (claps for him/her). An agent from booking reached out to me telling me that I need to pay a different price for the new booking and not the one what I originally booked in the app. This is so unprofessional from a big company like booking. You can not trust the prices on their app (just WOWW!!). As our itenary was full we just said yes because we didnt want to lose time looking for a new place. No one from Booking addressed my concersn. No one from their CSC ever replied!! PROBLEM 2 The owner/manager of the property is extremey rude, there was no house keeping the first day of our stay and we requested an extra towel or a matt because there was an issue with the shower curtain. It was short because of which the bathroom got wet when anyone took a shower. Rather being hospitable and accomodating he/she was arguing how no one else faced the same issue but only us. Nevertheless we made a video and sent it to him/her after which we were provided an extra towel and a mop using which we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. PROBLEM 3 We booked an excursion to the Indigenous villages via the links that were provided to us upon our checkin by this owner/manager. It was a complete RIP OFF, Our mistake we shouldn't have trusted this property not even a bit. In the 3 hours tour they took us to a village sort of a room and to a Church thats it. You could rather do this your self in 1/4th (or even less) of the price.

No reception. The only communication was via What’s up with the owner being completely impolite and unorganised. Totally disrespectful

The location was nice, but noisy at night.

The extra costs that you get told about after the booking and can only get a partial refund. The kitchenette is there but you have to pay for gas, pots and pans but out of the graciousness of their heart they let you use the fridge for free, and if you are ‘nice’ you can have an extra 1hr for checkout. Having your bags stored costs money. They need to be up front about costs before people book their stay! The manager was rude and lacked customer service skills. Not the best experience and did not feel comfortable in the accommodation because of that. There are plenty of other accommodation that offer more for same or cheaper price.
