El lugar, la comodidad, y sobre todo el precio, ya van como 2 o 3 veces que me hospedó sin duda recomendadisimo 100%

Un lugar bastante bonito, el personal muy atento, cercanía al centro de San Cristobal, el desayuno sencillo pero rico.

We stayed in the three level apartment, with a bed on each level. Beds are comfortable, location is superb, very near to main street with restaurants and souvenir shops. Parking is available on the street. The owner/person running it is very communicative, making it easy to check in via keybox and door code.

Bathroom is available on a first and last level, with one on the ground floor being a little bit uncomfortable - two small spaces, one with a toilet and the other was shower, with water easily getting out in the room, making it uncomfortable for use with other people/family in the apartment - because you literaly have to undress, dry with the towel and dress outside of the shower next to the bed, in the room which does not have doors - it is one open space with stairs and main entrance. Bed could have been moved further, making room for separate space, a closed in bathroom which would have been better solution. Most guests probably will not use this shower if there are other guests with them in the apartment. Also, early in the morning there were noises coming from outside, like something was banging, similar to heavy machine, or gun shooting - which was picked up by metal staircase and sounded like someone was jumping up and down. It was going for whole hour, starting from 05-06 in the morning, making very loud sounds inside apartment. I conclude that frequency of these sounds was such that it made staircase wobble and produce additional sounds inside, like somebody was going up the stairs, loudly.

The stay was comfortable and the rooms had good architecture. It was a beautiful home.

La segunda cama está muy arriba y es peligrosa para subir, solo personas jóvenes pueden subir y no hay nada de platos en la cocina

Nothing!

The room smelled musty and there was mold on the walls! There was no hot water no daily service. Everything that is normal : towels, garbage service, room cleaning. They wanted to charge extra $$. Constant messaging the morning of checkout about the time and a list of fines for overstaying felt very much like verbal harassment. Checkout was at 10am. Stupid early with texts about checkout starting at 8:30 was a very negative experience. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with booking.com. i would highly recommend this establishment be removed from your website.
