Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder Telfair Square in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Due to local regulations, guests at this Sonder will be asked to provide information of each person in their party, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. For further information please contact us at your convenience. Please reach out to Sonder to schedule your video call check in from 4PM to 11PM. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This property is in a limited traffic zone so guests must purchase a ticket to drive in this area. You'll be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife and construction in the alley behind the building. We've included complimentary noise kits in your Sonder. We have a partnership with Fitness on Broughton, just 4 blocks away. Please show them your booking confirmation for complimentary gym access.

"Excellent"

Great location & great appliances!! Not Sonders fault, but Construction in the alley in the mornings was EXTREMELY loud

"Great value for money"

I think the decor was tasteful, and the appliances were modern, especially the washer and drier. I had a previous experience with Sonder in NOLA, which was not great, but Sonder Savannha was much better. Location was good and I liked the free bag storage.

I do not like the check-out at 4pm from all Sonder and the fact you have to pay when early check-in is available.

"Loud"

This property needs to be honest about the noise. We stayed in 2A and it is right above a restaurant. They play their music very loud and very early (5:30 am). Sonder supplied ear plugs and now I know why. Tried using them and that did not even help.

"Great stay and very happy with the location."

Location was great. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Middle of the week was fantastic.

Did get noisy on the weekend. Outside was noisy but calmed down at 11. Walls are thin and neighbors were loud well into the night going in and out.

Location is great minus the loud bar next door. Probably why they provide ear plugs in the bedroom. Had all the amenities needed including laundry detergent.

Marketed as high end condo, but in reality feels like a dingy airbnb flip. Wifi was hit or miss, counterspace was taken up by a spare microwave as main microwave was broken, and hallway smelled like trash as there were consistently full trash bags in the stair well throughout our stay.

"Definitely a good place to stay with a group, great location."

Location was great, had all of the amenities needed. Had an elevator.

The building itself smelled moldy, and the parking garage that was associated with the room was quite a walk. Luckily there was a temp parking spot I could park in to unload.

"Very poor"

Great location and close to all amenities within the town.

Housekeeping was very poor. Dirty on arrival, no towels and took over 15 hours to bring some after travelling over 8 hours. Even though we specified it was for 4 people. The room they had the sofa bed in had no blind so let light in all night.
