Bars beside it played loud music all night long my kids couldn't sleep

The room is spacious and had most facilities we needed. They offered two cards for free coffee from a cafe across the street. There were also coffee ground and tea bags in the kitchen.

1. There is actually no parking discount through the hotel to park at their partner parking garage. The price is just for anybody who parks there for 24 hours. 2. The hallway and especially elevator had a strong, irritating cat piss smell, which was unacceptable. They should get it cleaned. Luckily the inside hotel room was fine. 3. There was no oven mitt, which made getting stuff out of oven challenging. 4. We got there between 3pm and 4pm and could not get into our room until 4pm. The code was not working even one minute before 4pm. So you have to wait until 4pm clicked. Wished there were an in person front desk to get us in. There was no in person front desk. Instead they give you three codes to get in. 5. We saw a big fly right after we got in.

The location was excellent.

Only 1 bathroom had clean towels under the sink to provide additional towels for a week. One of the showers did not drain properly. You need to know that the front door to access the property was never locked and we never used the code to get in. We used codes for the elevator and room and they worked fine

It was a nice location . nice and clean

the beds , couch and living room chair were way to low and the bar and dining chairs were very hard and uncomfortable.

- Location was fantastic. we had no issue with road noise as the bedrooms were away from the streets - The place feels newly (but cheaply) renovated. everything feels modern - Lots of space to roam

- furnishing was sparse and felt like a college dorm room - the main gate sometimes did not lock. alarm went off several times - window was very thin. it did not feel safe for my toddler to lean against as she looked out of the window

Convenient to most attractions. Well kept and tastefully decorated. Felt safe. Response from Sonder re: Chat questions was timely.

Absolutely no parking for loading and unloading baggage, groceries, etc. Had to haul all that a block and a half, which took 2-3 trips. Loud noise from surrounding bars and restaurants, particularly the night of 3/11, made it impossible to get to sleep until they shut down around 2:30 a.m.
