Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder Telfair Square in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Due to local regulations, guests at this Sonder will be asked to provide information of each person in their party, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. For further information please contact us at your convenience. Please reach out to Sonder to schedule your video call check in from 4PM to 11PM. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This property is in a limited traffic zone so guests must purchase a ticket to drive in this area. You'll be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife and construction in the alley behind the building. We've included complimentary noise kits in your Sonder. We have a partnership with Fitness on Broughton, just 4 blocks away. Please show them your booking confirmation for complimentary gym access.

"3 nights of pure comfort"

Location, cleanliness, comfort. The beds were phenomenal. We are now planning to buy new beds and linen to get close at home to that comfort.

The walk to the car and paying extra to park. That was our only drawbacks. Also worrying about vandals. Luckily everything was fine.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Noise really wasn't an issue. I slept like a baby.

"An utter dissapointment."

The location was central but there is a bar right behind the building where very loud music is played at night. Ear plugs are provided but they don't do much to block the very loud music and bar noise.

The noise and the uncleanliness of the apartment. I was shocked as soon as I walked through the main door of the building. The elevator is run down and filthy. The rugs in the apartment are dirty so are the windows and dust on the furniture. stained sheets. The rest of our group was staying at Sonders at 2016 Broughton and the apartments there are much better.

"Great place to stay"

Room was very nice and clean. Had everything needed, very spacious. Modern and upscale. Right in downtown.

No parking, had to walk blocks with our bags. Floors and walls were thin but you are provided with a sound machine and ear plugs if needed.
