The Quarters on Spring

Basically an airbnb with concierge service! Room was vast with great appliances and amenities. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen had everything one could need. It was in walking distance of downtown, excellent restaurants and cafes, and quick driving distance from beaches. Great value for what we got! The staff were helpful and friendly and had great local recommendations!

Centrally located so it was easy to get were we wanted quickly.

The space was very clean and big. Great price for a weekend in Charleston. Would go back!

There was some noise coming from the street, but that's not their fault.

Cute little studio, easy check-in process, dedicated parking spot, free shuttle bus very close by

No thermostat in the room, very noisy as the medical center is right next to it and helicopter left a couple times a night, mattress and pillows were not comfortable

It was conveniently located near downtown. The unit has a large bathroom with double sinks, large walk-in shower and washer & dryer. It also has a full kitchen. The unit is spacious and has the potential to be great with the right management/maintenance.

The unit was not very clean. The tile floor was sandy upon arrival. The rattan area rug in sitting area was very dirty. The armed chair was very soiled with lumps and bumps from broken springs. It should have been on the trash. The sofa was not as soiled as the chair but the sofa was pretty worn. The unit had a full kitchen but no dining table for guests to eat. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was slumpy. The toilet seat in bathroom needed to be tightened. The toilet seat would unexpectedly slide to the left when you sat on it. Parking is extremely tight. On the last night of the stay, someone parked in our designated parking spot. When we called the property mgmt number to report it, we were told to park in a parking garage, which was unacceptable. We later concluded the car parked in the spot was another guest at the quarters.
