Great location, space was great and comfortable

The property manager is phenomenal! The room is really nice also. But for the price point, it should not have stains on the pillows and furniture. We couldn’t even sit on the chair because there were numerous mystery stains. The decor and beds were all very nice. The bathroom and kitchen were great too. Outside of the cleanliness of the living room, it was perfect. It is loud but that’s sort of expected in that area. Just looks like a party night that was not cleaned up after. At that price, I wouldn’t expect that.

The size and space of the unit was extremely small

Amenities in the unit we stayed in were great. Small fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer was especially helpful.

The mattress and pillows on the bed are super uncomfortable. Those could be upgraded.

The location was great for coming and going around Charleston. It was very nice to have a large kitchen and washer/dryer since we were there for an extended stay. I appreciated that laundry pods were available. The bedrooms and living area were also spacious and comfortable as well.

The noise from traffic, especially buses with squeaky brakes, woke us frequently. The pillows on the beds were not to my liking, however, I know that is very subjective. It would be nice to have coffee filters provided for the coffee pot (we are used to Kcups, so ended up buying the wrong sized filters). On our last night there another guest from another apartment was smoking weed and the smell was very strong seeping through the HVAC system. Of course, you only have so much control over that and I did receive a prompt email response when it was reported.

The shower door always sounded like it would break, probably needs looked at

The location is nice . The room was under the ceiling so tall people must be careful not to bang their heads but otherwise comfortable. Nice shower! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend the place and would stay there again.

There’s an AC in the building that seems to be controlled from somewhere else so sometimes the building was either too warm or cool and we couldn’t do much about it.

Location was good for some of the restaurants we went to and convenient to the airport.

We loved the place we stayed, however, the parking was not the best. It was difficult to turn around with an SUV. Smaller vehicles would be okay.
