Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in JAZ Soma Beach. De service is geweldig; het personeel doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. We mochten zelfs eerder inchecken, wat erg fijn was na de reis. Iedereen is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach aanwezig. Het eten is heerlijk, met veel variatie en voor ieder wat wils. Ook de avondshows zijn prachtig en zorgen voor extra sfeer en entertainment. Het mooie zandstrand maakt het verblijf helemaal compleet. Een tip voor toekomstige gasten: controleer de prijzen ook via de JAZ-app voordat je boekt. Wij merkten dat de prijs via Booking.com hoger lag dan via de app van het hotel. Tot slot willen wij de heer Khaled hartelijk bedanken voor zijn gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en uitstekende service. Hij heeft ons verblijf extra bijzonder gemaakt. Kortom: een uitstekend hotel met topservice, heerlijk eten en een geweldige sfeer. Zeker een aanrader! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The resort was very clean and well maintained. The pools were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.

Wi-Fi coverage was not always reliable in some areas, and some facilities became crowded during peak hours.
