Hotel Revel

My code did not work and nobody was available to let me in. I had to sleep in my car. This place was an absolute shitshow.

Terrible setup. We paid for the night and were not even able to check in to the hotel because the QR code was on the front desk, and we were not given the code to open the doors and enter the hotel to scan it. I tried to call the hotel, but it sends you straight to a voicemail service, and no one is working the front desk. Ended up having to stay in a completely different hotel, and just waste the money I was already charged for this room. They need to have someone working the front desk, or at least answering the phones, overnight. It was incredibly disappointing. And a waste of money.

1st thing I never like is when there is no person to check you in. You have to download an app. Your room and hotel entry is in the app. Lose your phone and you're screwed. At first the room looks nice. It's modern and sleek. They admitted they didn't put on pillow covers. No problem. But they never came back to put them on. I guess they don't clean and straighten your room during your stay. The bed was not made. There were no fresh towels the next day. No bath soap in the shower. While the room looks sleek, the floors are concrete I guess. So in the morning and night your feet are COLD. You better bring some slippers or wear socks while walking around.

The property has a very urban feel with rooms being simplistic with a loft feel, but it is very loud. There is a common deck shared with multiple rooms so if there is anybody on the deck you get very little privacy. It is next to a busy intersection so garbage trucks, sirens, cars, motorcycles, etc. are very loud during the night and early morning. They provide ear plugs, but that does not help much.

Stayed in room 204. What I noticed when I entered the room was ear plugs on the bed stand. Didn’t think much of it until it was time to sleep. This room had to be right above some stage because the music was so loud it rattled the room. Not only that but there was competing music coming from outside. Stayed here for an overnight for a wrestling tournament and my kid barely slept. The hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are nice, but if you are looking for a good nights sleep, I’d find another spot.

Insane. Arrived to a dirty room, slept-in bed, used towels strewn about. No one working at the hotel. No one answering the phone. Finally got a voicemail giving us a number we could text. Texted the number and was told the guy was really busy and couldn't do anything right now. Booked elsewhere, still no word from the hotel on a refund. Do yourself a favor and run away. Not a functional property.

I paid extra for “city view” but my view was of the parking lot in back instead. The building decor is very basic, to the level of too simple and feels almost unfinished And as the other reviews say, the walls are very thin! You will hear your neighbors and ppl in the hall. At all hours! I will say the hotel was clean

Super clean. Check-in was a little bit tricky since there’s no one at the desk. Only drawback is I wish there was a deadbolt on the door since everything is electronic being a woman staying alone this would’ve made me feel safer.
