It was clean and comfy and had everything we required

It was not as close to the beach as advertised and the bathroom was downstairs.

Beautiful location - very well decorated and up to date. Excellent location for the local castles and Berwick Upon Tweed.

Great location and easy access to visiting sites,Iike Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses, Alnwick, Berwick on Tweed. Very peaceful and tranquil. Cottage nice and cosy, nice touches like tea coffee and sugar there ad milk on arrival. Heating on so cottage was nice and warm. Very comfy bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom a plus. Overall a fantastic stay. Bathobes, towels all nice touches, all utensils, and cooking facilities, glasses, there provided for you. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

The grill pan had been left with a layer of fat in the bottom so we had to clean it even though we didn't use this. We had to unblock the outside drain it was full of leaves food waste and fat. The cooker and oven had fat splatter on the glass front. These could have been left by a previous guest, however should have been check before new quests arrive. This was our only gripe. Not a major issue but could have been avoided. Would still come back and would recommend it to others wishing for a love cottage staycation.

The cottage was excellent, quiet, well equipped, nice touches like shampoo, milk, dressing gowns. Lovely place. Spacious, warm and cosy - thoroughly recommend the cottages.

The location is a bit remote, no local facilities. Nearest shops seahouses. It's also difficult to walk in the local area as footpaths are not maintained, and in many cases they are just obstructed by fencing or large numbers of trees felled.

Absolutely brilliant!!! Such a lovely place. Spotlessly clean. Bed was so comfy. Very well equipped we loved staying here
