"Tulip Cottage"

Excellent location for leisure activities, hiking, walking and visiting historical sites. Cottage was very clean and had all the facilities needed for a holiday break.

"We loved it"

The cottage was immaculate. We were provided with everything we needed. A lot of thought went into anticipating the needs of guests and we really appreciated that.

I cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Cottage, price, location all excellent.

Links to online guide to cottage were removed from Booking.com emails and website - so I couldn't access the document in advance. On arrival I found a QR code in the cottage itself. This worked.

"Very good, but I wouldn't re book this cottage"

Well maintained and good value for money. In excellent location for all Northumberland's beauty spots.

However we found the bed and the settee / chairs quite uncomfortable. The seating is the modern style of very deep front to back cushions which doesn't the leg length of most people. Also, I broke one of my golden rules which is never book a cottage with a WC only on the ground floor. Very good but wouldn't re book this cottage.
