Bay Point Landing

TV requires your own channel subscription and even basic network channels can’t be accessed. Most of the property outlets and usb outlets don’t work. Pay force. Tiny space for a lot of money

Wonderful RV resort, so very many amenities. If only they socked a bit more money into this place and had some nice grass / sod put in and remove the horrible stickers that are everywhere, you would have a top of the line RV resort.

Beautiful spot on the bay with "cabins" that are architecturally stunning, perfectly designed for comfort and aesthetics. Appreciated the attention to minimizing unnecessary plastic, but would request fragrance free dish soap as an option. The common areas are also architecturally stunning, with beautiful views. I hope they will add a sauna or hot tub and plant a few more native pines around some of the cabins.

Weather was perfect. We needed a get away, we stayed in our small RV. The sites are generous. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area. Staff very helpful.

Friendly and accommodating staff made the experience enjoyable! The only issue was the elliptical machine in the fitness room was out of order.

Our cabin was amazing! The staff was helpful and so very friendly. Check-in was a breeze. We had everything we needed in the cabin and enjoyed the fire pit and a s’mores kit from the general store. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Coos Bay.

On the evening of Saturday, Sept. 13th an event was being held at the Pavillion. During that event an attendee of that event approached my wife and I at our site and asked us to use our bathroom. It was a female who was clearly impaired. This was a bit shocking and I told her 'no' and turned her away. This is not acceptable. The facility staff should police this type of behavior to avoid disruption to its guests. In addition, the event had loud music until 10pm that was disruptive to campers. Another issue that was annoying were the countless pet dogs that were not on leashes running around and up to strangers.

Bay Point Landing is an amazing destination. The location is unbeatable, right on the water with perfect sunset views. The property is beautifully maintained, with a sense of care and detail throughout. I stayed one night in an Airstream and two nights in a cabin—both were thoughtfully designed with efficient layouts that made the stay comfortable and memorable. This is one of those places that truly balances style and function. I will absolutely be back
