Bay Point Landing

The property and cabin were great! Loved it at the property.

Nice, clean RV park with very nice amenities. Cleaniest (and largest) showers we saw during our 2.5 week adventure. It was nice to have the laundry area as well. We have already recommended to several others.

The property is pretty, but the cabins had a distinct smell to them, I likened it to warm cheese, it wasn’t my favorite. We were greeted by a fair amount of cobwebs and a giant spider in the bathtub. Missing lamp next to bed, lots of cobwebs in window above the bed, cabins just need a more thorough cleaning overall. The pool is great, wish there was a hot tub. Beds are pretty firm, had a hard time sleeping. Dog friendly, which was great.

Great place. Love the cabins as it’s like camping without all the hassles. Fun to have a campfire and kitchen available. Will definitely come back!

Best stay of our trip! Loved the cabin!!! The kids enjoyed the pool and campfire. Even though it was foggy and chilly outside, inside was super gemütlich!!!

Best place to beat the high valley temps! The Modern cabins are exactly as pictured on website and met all expectations and needs. Being able to sit around a campfire in the evening making smores made our stay complete.

You have excellent facilities and spacious sites. Unfortunately, the gray weather dampened our experience! Shower rooms are tops.

Very nice place right on the estuary. Spaces are large with a nice are for the picnic table and everything else you bring. Kid's took advantage of the indoor pool and the kid's lounge. We had coffee and tea in the main lounge. The laundry/ bathroom and shower facilities are very nice. Better water pressure than our shower at home. The Staff were wonderful. Great place to hang out or use as a base camp. We took advantage of the Oregon National Sand Dunes and did a Guided Polaris tour with Spinreel Dune Buggy. There is a lot to do and see in the area. Spend some time in the Coos Bay Museum then get ice cream in the nearby shop. We grabbed dinner one night at JZ's Premium (Italian) Takeout and ate in the trailer. I would do that again in a heartbeat. We stayed mid week in mid August, and there was plenty of availability. Some of the spaces are literally right on the water. If you have a rig that can take advantage of the view, grab one though check because some spaces have trees that obstruct the view. You'll be watching the sunset across the bay every evening. One of the nicest things is that the park is spread out, you are not parking in your neighbors lap and you don't feel closed in. Even the check in area has multiple lanes for RV parking. Give this place a try, you'll be happy you did.
