Overall 1 star hotelFormer Flat building. Dirty hotel , Dirty Room, Many Cockroaches small Bugs, Ants everywere . No Wifi, TV not Working , Wal Power Plug not working. No Towel , Room Temperature 18°C Horrible and I'm a guy unpretentious . Price 100 EUR / night !!! for what ? Alfa Hotel should not be on Booking

This hotel is a rip off. The hotel is engaging in fraud. I did not receive the particulars on the hotel, before I booked it on booking.com. The desk closed at 10:00. My train didn't arrive in Frankfort area until 10:59 and was actually a few minutes late so it was a little after 11:00. 2 days prior to my arrival I contacted the hotel by phone after I found that the hotel front desk closed at 10:00 p.m. I sent an email through booking.com email confirmation platform. The gentleman that answered the phone each time told me that he would send me an email to tell me how to get into the hotel after hours. The next day, I called the business two more times to get the information regarding after hours entry which they said they would provide. They had my correct email address, I can prove that. I sent an email through booking.com. I can prove that as well, they did not respond to that email. He had my email address through booking.com info/confirmation. I never received the information. I had to get another hotel and lost the money I paid to book a room at the hotel Alpha.
