No Breakfast was Provided

1)NO Breakfast service was present the reception was always closed and was answerd after 2-3 hours 2) wifi was not reaching my room for hours and bad connection 3)late night people were smoking and drinking ouside my window

the room was clean, there was good shades on the window, hairdryer & showergel provided.

There was noone at the reception. There’s a bell but nobody is coming. (Pressed 5x). There are 2 phonenumbers to call if you arrive but nobody picks them up, they hang up or the line is busy/phone is switched off. Kept calling and after about 5 calls finally they sent someone but had no idea about my booking. The kettle was filthy. There was no towel. Smoke detector is taken off. Quite noisy hotel. Wifi only worked at the reception not in the room.

Between the previous guest and me, no one even had a look at the room and cleaned it. The bed sheets were not changed and still the ones from the guest before, there was a used coffee cup on the nightstand, the trash can was full, there were no towels and soap, the shower was full of hair and overall it was extremely disgusting! This is not really a hotel and definitely not worth 50€+. Do not go there!

very nice rooms, clean and modern bathrooms, close to the city center.

no one was there when we checked in but the cleaning lady was helpful and showed us the room.

not too far from Frankfurt airport - ongoing trade fair limited choices

very cold room, heater decided when it wanted to work. no trash can in the room, construction ongoing at hotel, hallways full with materials & tools
