Dirty and unhygienic

Bed is comfortable and the free carpark (although VERY TIGHT to get in) is good.

Room did not come with towels. When I asked at reception the lady said all towels she had were just washed and handed me two soaking wet towels and told me to hang them up to dry. Also the shower basin was very dirty, the drain clogged with hair which floated up around my feet when showering. Disgusting.

The property opened a hour later than advertised and then I had to wait another 30 minutes. There was a single staff member who was completely incompetent. The electricity went out in my room, and she was unable to flip the breaker, so I had to move to the top floor (no elevator). This process took at least 40 minutes, during which she was on the phone with someone in charge. Had to wait another 30 minutes for her to “clean” the room. Yet there were multiple pistachio shells on the floor when I finally got in. There was no internet in either room. The furniture in the second room was broken and the bed was quite uncomfortable. I had quite a few things to straighten out on line as I had missed a flight and needed to inform a number of people waiting for me, and to rebook another hotel, among other things. I ended up setting up at the check-in counter, standing for an hour because that was the only spot in the place with an internet connection. You must change that on your site. I will check to see that you have done so. This is the first negative review I have written that is so comprehensive. I am usually pretty tolerant and flexible, but this was over the top. I will check to see if this comment is posted on your site and to verify that the “free internet” is removed, so that I can trust what I find on your site in the future.
