Room a bit less tidy than shown in picture but very convenient location. Walls are thin snd people in the neighboring rooms were very loud so no so great sleeping

During my stay at Sole Suites, I paid for underground parking and was advised to park my rental car there. Overnight, heavy rain caused the garage to flood, and in the morning, I found my car in 5 inches of water. The seats were completely soaked. Upon further inspection, we discovered significant water damage to the seats and trunk due to the garage pump failing to remove the excess rainwater. The car rental company does not cover weather-related damages, and I believe the hotel should assist with the repair costs. Although the manager was helpful and contacted the owner and insurance company, they ultimately declined to assist, citing lack of coverage for this type of incident. As a result, I am left to cover the repair costs out of pocket. Sole Suites equipment is obviously not adequate and failed to pump out the water causing this mess but they do not assume any responsibility. This is obviously a major problem and added to the long list of other problems at Sole Suites I could never recommend this establishment to anyone.

So many complaints. To begin the AC in one of the room never worked and they never fixed it. Tv didn’t work. Towels are brown and stained/dirty. Pool unavailable first day. NO LOCKS ON INSIDE OF DOORS. Very unsafe as I traveled with a toddler. No extra towels, blankets or toilet paper because they don’t have access to those items only housecleaning does and they are not there. No WiFi password because someone “stole” the paper. AC in living area leaked all over the sofa. They didn’t come fix it. Toilets don’t flush or have any pressure.

Receptionist are very nice

Very close to Quinta Avenida, quick one short block away. Clubs at night, noise only heard from living room, once you close bedroom door is just fine. No issues sleeping for us. AC was working perfect and very cold, nice when coming back from heat and cooled off fast. Front staff was friendly.

Staff was great, very helpful. Stayed in the two room suite which was perfect for our group. Overall facilities need maintenance. Primary complaint is a water pump constantly cycling on and off in the garage directly below our room. Not all the windows closed and there was a door to an access chute that didn’t lock. Didn’t feel unsafe.
