Great stay staff is great, but very noisy at night. There are about 5 clubs around the corner. If you plan in partying all night this is the place for you. If you are planning a relaxing trip this is not the place. Loud loud music at night every night.

Property location is great, many beaches near by and by walking distance no taxi needed. Great hotel staff especially overnight crew which is Oscar very friendly outgoing and always with a smile made my stay even better and more welcome. I will be back to stay here again. Thank you

The property is very nice and very clean. However, there are three bars less than 3 blocks from the hotel and the music starts at 7pm until 2am and there is no silencing the noise. Additionally, we lost water twice for two days in a 10 day period. Really like the hotel and overall it is a great place to stay, but the noise and the water issue definitely played a part for this review.

The property is basically great and you get good value for money, BUT you have to expect noise. There are three nightclubs almost next door which play very very loud music from 5pm to 1am. Sleeping at that time is only possible with ear plugs, so bring some. It would be great for the property to invest in some heavy gear sound proof windows- that would make the experience so much nicer and they could probably charge way more. On the roof you have a great view and a swimming pool.

Great location!!! It's right off quinta avenida so there is loud music at night but it didn't bother us. One block left is the beach and one block to the right quinta avenida. You really can't beat the location.

The staff was excellent! We also loved that every room had atleast 1 balcony! Ours had 2 and my sister's had a private rooftop area!

The check in was nice, at first, they let us check in to one room early and told us we’d get the second room at 3. When we went to get the second room at three there was a different receptionist who told me that the second room hadn’t been paid for and that my card had been declined for the second room….even tho I paid for both rooms, through Expedia, two months ago. This went on for several hours of me telling the guy I was not going to pay again. I truly thought they were trying to pull one over on me. I eventually had to email them the receipt Expedia had sent me. Only then, and after contacting “the boss” did they leave me alone about the second room. The rooms are nice and spacious and the a/c worked great!! There was no hot water which didn’t bother us because we were so hot after a long day. The place is nice but be sure you have all your T’s crossed and I’s dotted so they don’t try to pull one over on you.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was at a convenient location, a lot of local stores nearby the farthest walk is max 15 minutes. The staff was very kind and they were always on top of everything for us! The one thing I do suggest is if you are traveling with young children, this is not the place for you. It is not all inclusive, you have to do more planning and research in order to keep them entertained.
