Sole Suites

Such a cute place, loved that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 restrooms! It’s close to EVERYTHING! If you’re looking for a quiet place, I don’t recommend because it’s super close to the bars and clubs but overall I really liked it.

We stayed one night with family. Awesome place for a few days with kids, but just for a day or two depending on ages of the kids. Clubs do play music till 1 or 2 am but it wasn’t as loud and ok for us to sleep. Very close to COVID testing center right next door. Also close to 5 th avenue shopping and the beach. I would definitely return there.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great in the middle of the main tourist area. Only downside was the noise from the local clubs and bars which was very loud. The music blared from the evening until around 2am each morning. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best place for you.

Great suite and hotel

It is a very safe area. The Mexican people are courteous. I had read about the noise before I booked my stay with Sole, and it is very noisy at night, but because I knew it, it was okay. The clubs shut down at 2 a.m., and then it's very quiet until the next evening. The suites are more than I expected. We stayed in the master suite, and it's spacious and has everything you need, including pots & pans, plates, etc., TVs in every room and a full kitchen with dining room table for four. Oscar and other reception staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. You can walk right out into beautifully tree-lined streets, restaurants everywhere, and the best thing of all, the beach is literally 2 blocks away. Don't worry if you forget to bring something, because 5 Avenida (Fifth Avenue), which is around the corner, has every store you will need. If you want to eat authentic everyday tacos & quesadillas, I recommend you go to El Fogon. It's about 7 scenic blocks away. There's a 711 across the street, and next door you can get a Covid-19 test within 15 minutes if your airline is requiring it, money exchange & ATMs. They have complimentary bicycles, and a smaller size pool on the roof. The only detraction was it wasn't as clean as it should be. They should clean the shower heads, sinks and soap holders. Regardless, I can't wait to book again with Sole Suites next year. This time with a much larger group of family and friends!

The room was HUGE and having a second bedroom and bathroom was nice with kids. Our room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and was awkward not having a table given the full kitchen available. Pool was tiny but always empty so the kids enjoyed it. Walking distance to everything you need. Staff was nice and attentive. Beds were not comfortable-the pullout couch was the most comfortable sleeping option. Other reviews complained about the noise but it really wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall good stay!

Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, but very noisy place for family vacation.

Hi the stay was okay the suite is not like the showing on the photos or i get the wrong suite. I was asking for change but the never come back to me. In night time is very noisy.

Fantastic little hotel! Be aware that if you are a light sleeper, you’ll hear noise from the clubs down the street. They end at 12:30am. But if you are out, it won’t matter. Super friendly staff! And always helpful. Also centrally located if staying in the middle of town is important. 1st Ave runs parallel with 5th. So you can bypass people for a few blocks. It also has restaurants on it. Better restaurants are farther up 5th. Skip the tourist traps like Senor Frogs. If people need to call you in to eat there. Probably not a good restaurant. Calle 38 is incredible
