The tried to double charge. I paid ahead and when I checked in they charged me again, I had to demand a refund. Then it took 4 days to release my funds. The TV in my room was so dark there was no lightening it up. I had to use the hallway light to see the picture. There were no hangers to hang up stuud. There is little to no parking. We booked for 4 nights and housekeeping never came, we had to flag them down for towels and garbage bags. If you are looking for a nice stay they have a Holiday Inn Express in Bushwick that is so much better.

"Nasty bedroom no one cares "

I was in NY from VA for a funeral. I checked in 12am due to traffic when in route. Once there we immediately started to get showered get to bed for the funeral that morning. My daughter noted the bathroom was filthy. Pubiv hair on the toilet hair in the tub on thr floor hand prints from makeup on the sink and the bathroom door. The whole base of the toilet had dirt on it. The wall by the first bed had black stains on it. All the maids carts were parked in the hallway outside the room it was not an inviting look. I called the desk and requested a room change the Manager told me let him see.what he can do. So we waited . After 20 minutes Security came to the door and said the Mgr told him to tell me there no rooms so there was nothing we could do but he would come and clean it himself. Now I have my 87 yr old Mother, my daughter, my 7 year old granddaughter and myself and I wasn't comfortable letting a strange man in the room at 1 in the morning. So I took gloves and cleaning spray from the maid cart outside my room and cleaned the bathroom so we could use it. There was no soap in the bathroom. No ice bucket. The bed had a flat sheet on the mattress cover and a comforter. I told the manager what was he going to do about this and he said he would refund me $20. I told him that was insult and unacceptable because when I booked the room I paid what was charged for the service and I didn't haggle I paid the price and I didn't get the service. In my state of grief.

When we got in, we didn’t even receive our original booked room made a month or two in advance. Apparently, there was someone who extended their stay. We needed an accessible room, mind you. The room we got was ridiculously small. Staff never cleaned our room. We had to insist on new towels, toilet paper and facial tissue. They wouldn’t have taken the garbage if we didn’t leave it outside. What’s sad is there was a cleaning lady cleaning an adjacent room but somehow bypassed ours. For a new hotel, very disappointed.

The AC was broken the room was dirty and I checked out early because of this. I requested a full refund and recieved less than half.

Bed was comfortable. was the only thing I liked. manger was extremely rude. Parking was terrible. Manager said we could park out front and we got a ticket for doing so. Area is dirty. No ammenitities at hotel. not even a bottle water in my room. No food
