It was a good look

Cold, unheated bathroom. Hot water came and went. Key frequently stopped working. No milk and juice at breakfast. Had to ask for a microwave. No premium cable. No help with screen mirroring or setting up streaming of YouTube or Netflix on hotel TV. Told to take out our own garbage. Slow or absent customer service. Sometimes no hot water for tea or coffee in the lobby.

I only stayed for one night and I don't think I would stay longer than that. The shower gel dispenser was empty--I had to use the hand soap bar. Also, their remote controls don't look like the typical remotes. They are very basic. I remember that I couldn't get the TV to work and I tried calling the front desk--no one answered. I had to go downstairs and the employee had to come up with the normal looking remote to fix the TV. He said that guest were stealing the remotes so they have to provide the basic functioning remotes (very weird-just when you think you heard it all). Overall, it was okay--don't expect much.

I stayed there for one night and when I got home I noticed my abdomen and back had big red bumpy lumps, they ITCH and BURN pretty bad when I looked up the symptoms on google they’re bed bug bites!!! Stay there at your own risk!!!

We were in town to visit family so the convenience of being 5mins away was worth it. The hotel is clean and the staff was pleasant. There are about 12 parking spots on-site, however there is street parking directly infront of the hotel and across the street. The rooms are tiny but we knew that going in. Hot breakfast wasn't available for 2 mornings as the cook didn't come in but we were still able to get coffee, tea, juice, bagel, toast, cereal. We also had no issues with the safety of the neighborhood. We came back to the hotel late at night and a couple times had to park on the street with no issues. All in all we thought was a good deal.

Shopping within walking distance. Transportation and food delivery services easily available. Had a street view, so heard sirens a lot at night (hotel is located close to hospital).

We liked the location.

The staff are very attentive and caring. Place is ver neat. Few parking spots but I strongly recommend it.

Online shows different vibe but was alright
