Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn - Kings Hwy by IHG

I didn't like most of it especially breakfast do something about the coffee, bacon, saucages and provided juices too.

I just did not like the area; I checked in and out within 2 hours and found a different hotel. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself or the stuff. I did no feel safe staying there

Parking area was very small and not well thought out

There was a shortage of Breakfast items because They didn't get their delivery due to covid. Overall experience was great. I wish covid 19 never existed 😪

My room flooded and damaged my childrens clothes and staff told me they could only give me back $20 she was very rude, and had absolutely no customer service skills. Every interaction with an employee took over 20 minutes.

If you get past the actual property and amenities, the room itself was quite nice. We had one queen sized bed, so the room was very small, but the lighting was good, the bathroom was adequate, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was NOT good, (they do not have milk FYI), but for the price, and the fact it is SUPER close to a nice Target and a Five Below, you can always buy snacks (and milk). It is also conveniently located. I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 stars, and would probably stay again.

This hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
