HOTEL CERRO, Autograph Collection

The Hotel Cerro Autograph Collection is one of the cutest we’ve been to! Its small and quant appearance is coupled with smiling and friendly staff! The restaurant on site was a bonus and the complimentary Old Fashioned was a treat!! We will definitely stay again!!

Great location; front desk personnel had wonderful energy - the entire atmosphere was upbeat. The decor looked like it was recently done by architectural digest. Our room was big; nice amenities - gym was large and well appointed- the rooftop pool looked like an oasis; view from our room looked over rooftops and air conditioning units BUT who spends time staring out the balcony in this busy life we are leading

A beautifully clean and modern hotel, located right within SLO. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean, as were the hallways, waiting area, and adjoining restaurant. Great experience, saved in my hotel list.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is exceptional and right in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. We arrived early on check in day and the front desk graciously stored our bags so we could explore the area. Not long after, they called to let us know our room was ready early and even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view, which was such a nice surprise. The room and entire property were spotless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated being able to use the pool after our check out time. The restaurant served delicious food, the spa was very relaxing, and the valet team was also incredibly helpful. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we would absolutely return.

Want to thank the team at Hotel Cerro for the complimentary upgrade. The room was amazing, and the location of the hotel is great. I want to recognize Hugh on the awesome job he did in valet and Emma and david for helping me with checking me in and also when I had to visit the front desk for a small matter. Looking forward to coming back.

The people make the stay! Every person was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. Shout out to the staff!! Plus the location can’t be beat.

Beautiful site, quiet, clean and comfortable but lots to do and see, including pool with walk up bar, several garden spots to sit and stroll, and a top notch bar and restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and your a step away from everything Downtown SLO has to offer Highly recommend a stay at Hotel Cerro

The whole hotel was very nice and clean. All staff we talked too were very nice and helpful. Especially the valet staff; We had to keep going in and out of the parking and they were very nice and helpful.
