The neighborhood was nice

The space was too little and the futons were dusty.

Location was good and in residential area. Shampoo/conditioner/soap quality was good.

Kitchen utensils(cups, spoons) were plastic and cheap quality. Plates/cups not enough for 4 guests. No electricity plug in kitchen for electric hot plate. No electricity plugs in room for mobile devices charging. This apartment is generally used for single person use, so house area was very congested for 4 guests.

The location of the appartemnt was good and was easy to check in. It has a bus station and a metro station next to it. The owner was also friendly :)

New shower unit separate from the toilet. Larger than average kitchen area. Includes two chairs and a table.

Exterior access is mossy looking , could be more clean. Musty smell upon entry.

Never been so bad! no room service, you need to know how to fill in their download guest check-in form！fully completed your data then waiting reply room no. & key knok password to get door key. One man take 23kg luggage go to 3/F very difficult, many many trouble inside, finally, room facilities disqualified,compare with Africa motel.

Beds were not comfortable. Futons were cheap and directly on wooden floor or metal frame.

Nice location. I thought Nishijin is quite far from Hakata but actually it's pretty nice neighborhood. there're lot of convenience stores, a supermarket, many food shops, shopping streets, drug stores and DonQi in front of the station. The walk from the station is not too far. fullt equipped with everything you need in there too.

The wifi signals was not good, can only used in some spots and not in good speed. Our room was in third floor with small stairs so it was bit uncomfy with big luggage.

poor internet and we cant use like rice cooker and electric stove, our last NO HEATER NOT AVAILABLE ITS VERY COLD WEather whyhe/she was asking extrA pay we paid in full

泊まるだけなら全然いいと思います。家具も一式揃っているし、調理器具や調味料までありました。 徒歩5分でセブンや10分もしないところにスーパーが2つもあり、駅から15分もしないで着きました とても良かったですまた利用したいです
