Excelente ubicación en el área de fiestas, staff cordial super tratable. Lamentablemente fuimos en temporada de lluvia y nuestra habitación tenia 4 goteras y 3 caían justo en la cama. El restaurante y servicio a la habitación quieren que siempre se le pague en pesos, no tarjeta de crédito, lo cual era algo incómodo al ser extranjeros.

Right on the beach. Private beach. Miles to in joy beach and the ocean? Easy walk to restaurant and bar. Stores. All convenient. thank you to all the staff members great service.

Party zone loud music most of the night. Not very good selection of food in the restaurant. Coffe expensive. Coffee machine in room only 4pod for a week ,but no coffee you had to buy your own. or pay the price. Of 100 pesos per pod? All water to shower salty no fresh water ? To shower. You pay for what you get? Owner of places not give the service to the staff? To be able to service costumers?

Right on the beach. Comfortable, clean. Private, easy to bar restaurant, and shopping. Great staff, good service. Thank you

Loud music playing all the time late night.party zone? I don’t mind loud music but same beats all the time? No fresh water for shower? Restaurant menus not much of choice, always some things wrong ? No supply oven not working? All kind of beers on menus but only one ? Run out of other beer for a week stay? Coffee machines in room only four pods for a week ? You buy the rest for 100 pesos per pod? Best get your supplies at beer store? The owners don’t supply the facilities? Don’t care for customers?

NOTHING THEY ROBBED ME

they took my credit card and had me pay for the room then brought me and my family to the master suite only for the entire room to be covered in mold. Mold all over , and it reaked of mold. And they would not refund me my money although that same day we had to leave because the conditions of the room would have killed us
